Business Hours

Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM

Refunds

No refunds are offered.

Design Process

  • Clients can suggest design ideas, but we will NOT duplicate the work of other designers.

  • Design consultations require a separate appointment and fee.

​

Revisions

  • Two minor revisions are included (e.g., color, address, date changes).

  • Additional revisions will incur a charge of $15 each.

  • Final proof approval is required within 24-48 hours.

  • Post-approval changes are subject to additional fees.

Communication

  • Clients must submit required information within 21 business days. If not your design will be forfeited and you will be charged a 25 fee to resume project 

  • You have 72 hours to respond to proofs/revisions. or your project will be dropped 

  • For inquiries, allow 24-48 hours for our response.

Design Turnaround

  • Standard: 7-10 business days.

  • Rush: 2-3 business days ($25).

  • 24 Hours: $50.

  • Packages will have custom turnaround times

Website Turnaround

2-3 weeks for 1- 3 PAGE SITES. 5 weeks for 4 and up Page Sites.

Note: Times may extend during sales/peak season.

Logo Services 

When you purchase a logo design from Lucrative  Designs, you are granted exclusive rights to the specific design you have chosen and paid for. It's important to understand the following terms of use:

  1. Exclusive Rights: The logo you select and purchase is exclusively yours. You have the full right to use, modify, and distribute this logo for your business purposes.

  2. Non-Selected Designs: Any non-selected logo designs presented during the design process remain the intellectual property of Lucrative Designs. These designs cannot be used, modified, or replicated without explicit purchase and written consent from Lucrative Media & Designs.

  3. Purchase of Additional Designs: If you find another design from the provided options appealing and wish to use it, you must purchase the rights to that specific design. Until such a purchase is made, the design remains the property of Lucrative Designs and is not available for use.

  4. No Unauthorized Use: Using a design that has not been purchased is a violation of this policy and may result in legal action to protect the intellectual property rights of Lucrative  Designs.

Other Services

We don't modify other designers' work unless it's a website revamp.

​

Payments

  • Full payment is required upfront.

  • Identity verification may be requested after order placement.

  • Fraudulent disputes may lead to legal action.

Cancellations

We may cancel orders at our discretion. NO REFUNDS

​

Websites

Clients must obtain their domain and set up a WIX/Shopify account.

​

Posting Client Designs

  • We may use designs for promotional purposes.

  • Let us know if your brand launch is future-dated to avoid premature posting.

​

Unused Designs

Designs not finalized and paid for must not be used or replicated.

​

Duplicating Designs

Replicating designs with another designer is prohibited and may result in legal action.
